Team Extranet: GROUPWARE, TEAMWARE, and PRODUCTIVITY SOLUTIONS
The Team Extranet Suite is a powerful groupware solution that provides small to medium sized businesses with the tools they need to manage customer relationships, sales efforts, billing, projects and information dissemination. Team Extranet offers 5 integrated components that allow a company's users to efficiently communicate and manage the day-to-day tasks needed for effectively running and managing a business.
Team Extranet is a web-based hosted solution that contains five separate, but integrated components and a powerful Administrative interface:
1. Calendar and Contact Management: The Calendar function and Contacts and Lead Management databases allow your company's users the ability to post meetings and events and enter contacts/leads that are deemed "public", meaning shared and viewed by all the system's users. Items can alternately also be designated as "private", usable and viewable only be the individual entering the data.
2. Public Extranet: an external password protected web site that allows you to communicate with customers/clients, employees, your sales force or any other groups you have the need to disseminate information to. Simply post a document, file of any type, or notice and select the particular user group (or groups) that you wish to give access to. The Administrative Interface features a site tree allowing you to view your extranet folders and files, with listed permissions, at a glance.
3. Customer Service: Receive, track and assign customer service requests, inquiries, and other front line service issues.
4. Communication Tools: Manage, tag and create mailing lists to send emails (text or html formatted) for alerts, newsletters, product updates, notices to the field, your sales force, area managers, internal users, the press, your customers, potential customers, and or any group(s) your company needs to reach.
5. Project Management: Allows you to create projects (by client or users) and track time, materials, efforts and expenses performed and incurred by your team.
The Team Extranet package enables the management of all functionalities via its powerful Administration Interface. The Administrator (or multiple administrators, which is permissable), have the power to deploy and organize the 5 suite components for optimum tracking, recording and managing of the data they need.
