Team Extranet: ADMINISTRATIVE INTERFACE
Team Extranet's Administrative Interface tool brings all of Team Extranet's components together in one easy to use area only accessible to users with Administrative permissions. The Administrative Interface provides the following functionalities allowing you to customize and design your Team Extranet package to suit your organizations needs.
- Set and configure the look of the Public Extranet site, as well as the 5 team extranet components
- Add users and assign them permissions: When adding users the admin can assign them their level of access (User, Admin), and determine what info they can edit and change within each of the Team Extranet components.
- Allow or deny users the ability to create and/or view public events
- Run project tracking reports
- Create and allocate time and resources to new projects to track productivity and budgets
- Assign users the ability to receive, log or be assigned to a customer service requests
- Allow/deny and manage the permissions to enable different users to have different abilities to contribute to your Public Extranet:
- Add clients who have extranet access and assign them the information they should see
- Determine the levels of access for each particular extranet user or client.
- Configure the public extranet site tree, which shows you at a glance what folders/files are available and who has permissions to use and view them
- The Administrative Interface also has an additional feature, a Billing System.
- All users can enter their time and expenses via the Project Tracker component, but only an administrator can convert those activities into Billable Items that generate invoices with the touch of a button.
- Set "billable rates" for different clients or projects
- Run reports on invoices, both past and present and billables
- Run expense reports
